June 22, 2014 Can I review with zero stars????? because New Jersey metro pcs company deserves zero starts one is too much for them. I believe they are stealing their customers identity and sell malfunction cell phones. And all calls go to one call center and they pose to be wherever you are calling. for example I called thousands of Lawyers and my calls gets to metro pcs call center they pose to be the law office that I am calling and tell me sorry we do not take your lawsuit. No one can find a lawyer in State of New Jersey and all legal aid centers you have to speak spanish for them to take your case. It has been 38 years I did not find a disability lawyer to take my eight broken bones car accident disability case and my car accident is claimed by an imposter who stole my identity and forged my signature wiht 1800Allstate and stole my car accident eight broken bones pain and suffering settlement and It has been 38 years I did not find a lawyer in State of NY and NJ to take my car accident case. I called thousands of lawyers for 38 years no lawyers took my car accident case that I am the real injured and 1800Allstate refuses to correct their imposter made claim. SSA is giving disability to an imposter under my medical records and in New Jersey you can not find a disability lawyer to take your case. This is a true story my metro pcs unfunctional cell phone number is 201-948-6111 I made thousands of 1800Allstate calls it goes to call center that no one helps you and they do not give their last names they say they are none licensed Allstate Insurance customer service. it has been 38 years they refuse to correct that I am the real injured not the imposter that 1800Allstate adjusters created and stole my eight broken bones pain and suffering settlements.

I could give you a long detailed step by step of events of the disastrous last two and a half months, numerous trips back to the store, phone calls to customer service but I refuse to waste any more time with these people! They were not truthful about their service, you will NOT be getting the access to T-Mobile towers as advertised, I assure you!! How would I know you might ask, it's because that's who I left to save money, BIG MISTAKE! Even in uptown Charlotte where every block has phone lines MY SERVICE WOULDN'T CONNECT!! Talked with customer service several times got the runaround. They continued to have me troubleshoot with them on the phone which was a total waste of MY TIME...then when all their efforts were exhausted, l was told to go back to the store, then told only a Supervisor on line could resolve the whole issue with the defaulty phone and the fact that the service was where ??? ANOTHER LIE !!!! Then was told I had to go back to the store with my receipt and talk with someone there about the possible phone exchange when it clearly had a glitch because at this point would randomly begin flashing like a strobe light!!! Why should the paying customer do all the running around and making every desperate effort to fix the problem!? I refuse to do business with a lying company still taking my hard-earned money, so what am I going to do, I'll take the loss and ditch the piece of junk in the nearest creek !!! Ooooh and the icing on the cake, they put a lock on my phone THAT I PAID FOR IN FULL !! WITH CASH !!! Not junk cost either! Then was told it wasn't really mine! REALLY!!! When you outright purchase a phone it then belongs to that person !!!! So while they think I'm attached to this phone number, think again!! I'll totally will be ditching the phone, change my banking info and not pay another dime for service that takes me beyond the road or circling the block again and again when using the GPS and continuously tells me I don't have phone service, and or i need to connect to Wi-Fi, REALLY!!! HEADS UP PCS CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU CAN USE ALL THE JARGON THAT'S SCRIPTED BUT YOU WILL NOT KEEP A PERSON HOSTAGE !! ATLEAST NOT THIS ONE!

I randomly stopped being able to send or receive text messages. I tried resetting to default settings, updating, and other things. I tried emailing support, but they required an order number. I tried their chat messenger, and it wouldn't let me talk to anyone live. I tried calling on the phone, and it told me to follow the instructions on my screen, which suggest that I pay for my plan early, since I'm not due for 11 days. Customer support is absolutely useless.

I have been with Metropcs for about 15yrs, my latest phone lg stylo 4 never any problems, when my internet is slow and I call to get it fixed, never any problems, always great customer service. Have 60 plan, and they say it will slow after. 35gb , not true never slowed for me.

This service is worst than Boost Mobile 5g is no where in this Service it give TMOBILE a bad name and I just Change service providers but am ready to switch already Your service SUCK!!

Absolutely the worst phone carrier out there, regardless, of carrying the name T-Mobile with them. This company makes AT&T look like the next coming of Christ. Either way if you want to get screwed over hard without any lube, and you like being sore for months on end then this company is for you!

BEWERE METRO IS A SCAM!!! I have been with metro for over 7 years. I don't want a contract with a service provider so I went with them. Over the past years I have been late on my payment many times, I found that when I am late with a payment and go to pay the bill a week late they charge me for 30 days service but only give me 25 days of service. They don't pro-rate the bill and your service will be disconnected even when you pay for the whole 30 days. I can't seem to figure out how it is legal to charge for a services that they don't provide.
