I have a next door neighbor that has been a MetroPCS customer FOR YEARS!!! She has been paying $40 per month nowadays, but when she started with Metro, she only paid $25 (long ago). She has recently used more of her allowed usage than usual and she went to the store near here. The customer service person refused to put her on the unlimited plan even though she is already paying the unlimited rate of $40. I WILL NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE - WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!

My brother bought a new phone on 2-2-2025 and died on 2-3-2025. So I find out the phone is no good to anyone for 365 days because Metro by T Mobile locks the phone from being used by any other company. I have the phone, box, receipt and find out by calling the 800 number that I could have gotten a refund before 30 days. Thanks for nothing Metro by T Mobile employees and company. I was in the store 3 weeks after he purchased it and they said they can't refund it..

Worse customer service ever. I went into store on Main St in Euless TX on 16th to perform an addition to add one phone number, and change an android to Iphone. Left paying for both those services plus the monthly bill due 17th. They inadvertently changed my due date to 3rd of month and said another full bill due then. I had this 17th due date for years and performed these same type services in the past and they never chgd due date. Got home, and I was locked out of my acct, had to return to store immediately and that is when all this unfolded. This was a 2 and 1/2 half hr process. Told me I would have to pay another $40 to move due date back!! Despicable. Refused to help me and fix the acct. Guy at store handled everything, the entire process, via phone call with owner directing him. So he had no idea what he was doing. Talked to manager, and he still would not fix my account. So I just paid a one month bill, only to have to pay it again in two weeks. Do not go there.. they are awful. -10.

I purchased a phone from amazon and went to store to activate. Now my bill increased $1.50. Call customer service to understand increase. I was told the $1.50 increase will only last 1 billing cycle, but no explaination for increase. Just Awful.

If I could give them zero Stars I would give them zero Stars I've been a customer of theirs for 23 years and have had nothing but a hard time. Every time I speak to somebody I get a different story one person will tell me that they did something on my account and then come to find out they didn't do what they were supposed to. My latest interaction I just paid my bill the day before yesterday and now my phone is shut off due to non-payment and I cannot get a hold of customer service because my bill needs to be paid first before I can speak with somebody so if you paid your bill and they didn't do what they were supposed to and your phone gets shut off you can't even speak with somebody to fix the problem. Metro is a horrible company who does whatever they want with no care for their customers.

my husband uses the wareham,ma metro. he has been repeatedly overcharged,lost data,told he needed to pay extra to restore data,and overcharged for a replacement phone because his died...not broken. he has a language barrier with the store clerk as well,who refuses to tell him when an english-speaking employee will be available. he is now looking for another vendor

Had set up service repeatedly month after month asking cause limited income has to be set up on the 3. Repeated having our phone shut off my mom renal kidney failure and dealing with problems. 20 hrs to get it changed then they said they would credit the $28 fee failed to and shut the phone off. They are liars and have nothing good to say. Repeated being told pay the bill and we can fix this. Well now we had to pay the fee and all is is a bunch of crap. They never will have another good or referal from me will be escalating this problem. Customer service said they would waive the fee cause inconvenience and woke to our phones off this problem will guarantee be a court issue
