Horrendous customer service. Galaxy Watch ultra cell service stopped working correctly. After a five hour run around, they just simply set.It was the watch that was broken. As it turns out, it was not the watch. Just people who didn't wanna do their job. Yes, they're a little cheaper than other companies, but you get what you pay for straight crap.

I just became a new customer with Metro…
I just became a new customer with Metro by T-Mobile, and this has been hands-down the worst onboarding experience I’ve ever had with a service provider.
First, they misspelled my name on the account. Then, they set up my account password without informing me that it couldn't contain consecutive numbers. Because of that security rule conflict, I was completely locked out and couldn't even dial 611 to reach customer service for help.
It only got worse from there. I explicitly told the rep I needed a 919 area code. Instead, they set up my phone with a 434 number. When I pointed out their error, they explicitly told me I would not be charged to fix it. Instead, they slapped a hidden $15 phone change charge onto my account anyway. Because of that unauthorized charge, my account was marked past due, and they completely cut off my phone service.
As a direct result of their mistake, my phone was dead, and I couldn't travel for the 4th of July weekend.
To "fix" it, the local store gave me a 3-day extension on my phone service—but there is absolutely no data/Wi-Fi connection included with it. I am currently out of state for work, completely stranded, and unable to even use GPS to navigate because my data is cut off.
Absolutely abysmal service for a brand-new customer.

service is awful
service is awful. I can't make calls. it tells me to use another redirecting app. I have to try 3x.. when I am successful my calls are silent. my phone hangs up on its own. I'll be lucky getting on the Internet. Every time I call customer service they always say to reset the network settings. It doesn't work. I get a text saying I get a 5$ discount on my bill because I use auto pay.. but it never happens. terrible overall.. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. I'm not happy at all.

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. Be wary of this company. They had a deal if you switch to them and bring your number you can get a phone for $99.99. I took the deal. After a few months, I attempted to switch carriers to save money but found out the phone I purchased was locked. Called them to unlock MY phone and they said they keep it locked for 12 months!!!!! Seriously!?! I paid for the phone outright! I shouldn't have to stay with them for a year! Horrible company. Horrible customer service! Stay away!

Honor your word or I am leaving, Metro by T-Mobile
I am incredibly frustrated with my recent experience with Metro by T-Mobile. I left my previous carrier to escape a nightmare situation, only to end up "out of the frying pan and into the fire" with this company.
I did my homework and signed up for a promotion advertised as a 6-month plan for $120. There was a discrepancy on the website, so I went into a Metro store where I received completely inconsistent information. The first representative didn't seem educated on the promotion at all. The second representative explicitly told me that after the initial 6 months, I would be able to renew the $120 plan again. Come to find out, this was false—the plan is strictly a one-time offer. If I had been given the correct information, I would have just chosen their standard $25/month plan from the start.
To make matters worse, phone support has been a nightmare. One representative promised they would note my account to smoothly transition me to the $25 plan after my 6 months are up. When I called back the next day to confirm, the next agent was incredibly vague and couldn't clearly verify that this was actually on my account.
The representatives both in-store and on the phone are poorly trained and unknowledgeable. If Metro by T-Mobile does not honor their commitment to transition me to the $25 plan when my six months are up, I will definitely be leaving them immediately. Very poor customer service.
