I have been usung Metro by t mobile since long before Metro pcs merged with t- mobile. Maybe it's because I live in a big city, but I've had low bills and consistently great connectivity. The few times I've needed customer support I had no problem getting my issue solved.

Phone was stolen and Kaneesha and Tyra patiently transferred my information and hooked me up. Thanks ladies for excellent service.

Honestly, one of the best expirence I had. Their customer support is absolutely amazing, if I have any issues they attempt to help me to the best of their ability. I will definitely keep staying with their service!

My sales rep Carlos at 257 Central Ave, was almost made with perfection !! It was last minute when I walked in and he was able to help me in every way possible. I explained to him that I had a very stressful day because my phone kept cutting off and he definitely relieved all of my worries . I'm so grateful
