Bought a phone at the metro store in New Haven Michigan on Gratiot the sales person sold me a phone for 179.00 plus tax then gave me a 80.00 discount bringing the bill down to 105.00 then without me knowing added to accessories to my bill that I didn't order or want bringing the bill up 190.00 gave me a email recipient that I didn't see till i got home.called up to the store to get my money back but he refused don't go to this store for anything unless you want to get ripped off.

I called metro pcs customer service to discuss why my internet is not working, customer for 3 years was paying $45 with free phone service for 2 years, last month I chose the $35 plan which the connection and internet access were very poor. Unfortunately, the customer service agent started yelling and telling me that I have to pay $55 to get that service and hung up the phone! Never had such experience with any customer support team.

I have been usung Metro by t mobile since long before Metro pcs merged with t- mobile. Maybe it's because I live in a big city, but I've had low bills and consistently great connectivity. The few times I've needed customer support I had no problem getting my issue solved.

Es Totalmente Una Gran Estafa Metro by T Mobile, No entren Aquí, Seran Engañado.

I don't normally leave reviews on businesses but I am so beyond frustrated right now and I feel like if I can warn somebody ahead of time so they don't have to experience what I'm experiencing right now with "customer service" with Metro by T-Mobile then I'll feel better if I can divert just one single person away from that company. I have been trying for 4 days to get a hold of a human being from customer service from Metro by T-Mobile but I have learned that they purposely put people on a call Loop with AI and automated recorded responses in order to keep from having to answer the phone and by doing this it allows them to keep a smaller staff and cut overhead costs so basically what they are saying is that taking your money is more important than their "customer service" and I say that in quotations because there is no customer service with this company is the most horrible pathetic and sad excuse for a customer service department that I have ever seen in my life and as soon as I can I will be going with another company for my phone service and I hope this company falls on their face. that's how mad I am right now especially management from that company I know that the average employee doesn't have any control over that and they're just trying to make a living like everyone else but the people that are in charge of making those kind of policies and putting that kind of action in place with their company are terrible people and I hope they fail at everything they do and go broke. So if anyone of you corporate pieces of trash in charge of making these policies happens to come across this review and read it, good! I hope your company falls flat on its face. Shame on you for treating people this way you have no problem taking our money but when it comes to actually providing good customer service it's not existent because you'd rather save a few bucks then actually care for your customers. I'm thoroughly disgusted with you Metro by T-Mobile

I've been a customer for over 2 decades and changing today. I should have long ago. Sad

Do not buy this company’s deals. I paid $55 for unlimited. Guys internet was down in the shop while he did so. I left and he promised data was working but calls would be last. Next day I can’t make any calls. I’ve been onto customer services for an hour. I need this phone desperately and I’m a single female in a foreign country now with no communication thanks to this company

Phone was stolen and Kaneesha and Tyra patiently transferred my information and hooked me up. Thanks ladies for excellent service.
