Merach USReviews of merachfit.com

I purchased the large capacity vibration plate. I arrived timely and well packaged. The vendor highlights a 30-day risk free purchase. It is not a quality product and when I initiated the return, I was told I have to pay for return shipping. It is large and heavy, so definitely NOT a risk free purchase. The bluetooth is terrible and the quality is flimsy.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY…. I ordered the Deep Squat Machine( Order #128074) in early September. Received the product, put it together and got on it to start using it and it fell to the back and didn’t have enough spring to raise me back up. I’m 140 lbs and the woman on the advertisement is close to 300 lbs and it states it holds up to 300 lbs., false advertisement at its finest. I immediately stopped my payments and ask for a return (30 day return policy). I had to send pictures of the item put together, the box it came in, the receipts of the return with UPS, and I did everything they ask and they will not refund the return shipping cost when it clearly states they will. Item cost $88 and change, return shipping cost was $57. I’ve even ask for half, and nothing since their last “I’m sorry”. So DO NOT buy any items from this company as they do not care about their customers and sell products that are falsely advertised.

Queried about refunding an unused product. Took several weeks to get a response and this is after I sent three emails as had not heard anything. Was informed I could not return the product because I had throw away the small u marked brown cardboard box it arrived in. Note this product was loose in an unbranded cardboard box so why it couldn’t be retuned in a same size unbranded cardboard box I do not know. Terrible service and I’ve now lost 40 quid on an unused product. Advised to sell it myself to someone! Would not advice purchasing anything from this company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I brought a walking pad treadmill and it arrived faulty, this is where the issue began the customer service is absolutely shocking. Emails would not be responded to and you are unable to speak to anyone within the company. From reporting the fault to getting a refund to weeks and insane amount of emails that were half responded to ,Luckily I paid using klana so had them on my side which is why I believe I was able to get a refund. I will NEVER use this company again.

I didn't deal directly with this company but it's listed along with another company, Foryoner, on my order. Foryoner is a scam for sure, no merchandise and no refund received and only offered 40% refund. I paid in full so 40% is not acceptable. The customer svc person wants to act like she's concerned but in reality she's a company person and not. Just be aware

Edit: I finally received the product after it was stuck with the carrier for nearly a week. The product meets my expectations and seems to be of good quality (after 3 uses). However, it would be good if Merach changed carrier, which, according to various reviews, seems to be the source of many problems, and if Merach offered a little more responsiveness in its after-sales service.

Website design, customer service communication, and social media accounts need to be better managed. I was very skeptical before ordering but I did so anyway via their official UK website. I found this website via their Linktree links on their main US Instagram page. On their UK website I went through their sign up process to get £10 off by completing tasks like signing up for the newsletter and following them on social media, etc. It was difficult to redeem the points I collected doing those small tasks but I managed to click around and redeem the points to get a discount code. The website uses Shopify as a checkout system which felt trustworthy but my first red flag was that I received a "can not find order" when I tried to search for my order on the official website. However through Shopify it was confirmed. I started to feel uneasy so I tried to reach out via email but got no reply. I tried their UK Instagram page but I got unclear answers in broken English so I wasn't so sure that the order was actually being fulfilled. I then reached out to a few 'influencers' that were very recently tagged as collaborators on their UK Instagram page and tried to get some other avenues to get a hold of someone at Merach. Those individuals really tried to help and reached out to their contacts at Merach. I don't know if it was all coincidental but my order started to move on the Shopify tracker. My order arrived 8 days after ordering. All parts working. I am happy, I just wish the website and social media pages were more organised, professional and better managed so I didn't have to worry and think I was being scammed. I wasn't scammed but I definitely felt worried and uneasy after ordering.

My R26 Rowing Machine is great! Company support is a disaster. Either there’s no answer during so-called office hours or the person who eventually answers knows nothing. There’s no follow-through. Even simple questions aren’t even acknowledged, let alone answered. Equipment is great, but company support needs improvement.
