No able to contact with customer service, fraud advertisement, don’t waste your money with this company

Absolutely disgusting company. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I bought a walking pad from them. First, there were 2 false advertising on their website. They said the walking pad could connect go Google Fit, not true, and they pictures the walking pad being able to be stored vertically, but when I received the pad, it clearly said in the manual to absolutely not store it vertically. Then, the remote control stopped working. The only way to change speed and incline on this T25 walking pad is to use the remote control, so if it stops working, your pad is basically useless because you can start it nor change any speed nor incline settings. I contacted them, they never replied to my emails, ignored my complaints and dismissed me. Totally disgusting people. I am now making a chargeback on this as I refuse to pay for something that is not working. If my bank refuses the chargeback, I'll go straight to Small Claims Court.

Da leider inerhalb 3 Tagen der Preis nach unten korrigiert worden ist, konnte ich bei der ersten noch die Bestellung stornieren und das günstigere bestellen. Bei der 2. Korrektur ging dies für mich nicht so einfach. Sollte das schon gesendete, und erhaltene Paket zurück senden, und dann nochmals neu bestellen. Leider für mich keine Option..Sehr Schade das es keine unkomplitiertere Lösung gab.!!!

Der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch schlecht. Das Gerät ein Walkingpad wurde realtiv schnell geliefert. Sie werben auf der Website mit 30 Tage kostenloser Rücksendung bei nicht gefallen. Nun ist das Gerät leider nicht das beste! Nach mehrmaligem anschreiben und Zusendung von Fotos und Videos. Meldet sich der Kundenservice wir könnten es auf eigene Kosten zurückschicken. Der vollebetrag wird nur zurückerstattet. Wenn das Gerät nicht ausgepackt wurde. Wenn ich es nicht auspacken darf, hätte ich es nie bestellt. Kundenservice stellt sich wieder tot und beantwortet keine Fragen. Nach weiteren Wochen kommt wieder eine 0815 Antwort. Ich würde nie wieder bei dieser Firma bestellen.

I wish I had checked, trustpilot before going ahead and doing business with this company by purchasing from them, I normally do it beforehand, but I hadn't on this occasion. This company deceived me from the gekko. Plus a staff member as well as the product advertisement told me the upgraded stepper/climber would have height altering plates it doesn't, then they go and sent me a defective equipment. Then that same staff member comes out and offers me an insulting compensation fee amount, considering the price I've paid for this equipment, I have not heard from them since and still nothing. Steer clear of this company, the company is a rip off merchant and highly deceptive. The product advertisement and what you receive isn't necessarily what you will get when it arrives, and when you do receive it and start using it, it may be defective, and the support, even though you apply and have the extended warranty may well be highly lacking, if you receive any support at all. The American site and staff have NOT responded to any of my emails AT ALL, shocking piss poor service. Do not do business with this company they are the appalling, shocking experience for a first timer doing business with this company, never again. Always check trustpilot 1st, before ever considering doing business with a company it will save you the headache, frustration and disappointment. Otherwise you may pay for it later, due to the lack of customer support.

Great delivery, easy to put exercise bike together and connect to the APP. Noticed straight away that the resistance was not changing. I needed to contact Merach support as it advised to contact them for a 6 month redemption code for the APP in the manual, so contaced about both code and fault, Have written twice a week for 3 weeks and no response. Have arranged to return the bike.

I’ve been using the Merach rowing machine for a couple of months now, and it’s been a great addition to my home gym. It was pretty easy to set up, and everything felt solid right out of the box. The rowing motion is really smooth and quiet, which I appreciate since I usually work out early in the morning. It gives a good workout without being too tough the joints, and the resistance levels are easy to adjust depending on how intense I want it to be. One of the things I like most is the Merach app — it connects to the rower and gives you different workouts to follow, which helps keep things interesting. I also like that it tracks my stats so I can see my progress over time. Overall, I think it’s a great machine for the price. It’s sturdy, works well, and helps me stay active without having to go to the gym. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a solid rowing machine at home.
