I ordered the NovaRow RS3 Indoor Double Scull Magnetic Rowing Machine on 9/1/26, and it arrived promptly within a week. Assembly was straightforward and easy. However, the plastic used for the battery panel is quite flimsy and unfortunately broke during installation. Aside from that issue, the machine has been working well during the week I’ve had it. Overall, I’m satisfied with the machine so far.

I originally received a defective unit, but the customer service team was fantastic they responded quickly and sent out a replacement right away with zero hassle. I haven't had the new machine long enough to speak to its performance or durability yet, but I'm really impressed with how the company handled the issue. 5 stars for support, pending final thoughts on the machine itself!

Product arrived with some cosmetic damage (likely during transit). Contacted customer support with photos and asked for a partial refund. A rep responded to claim within 12 hours, apologized for the issue, and after reviewing the information, initiated the refund.

I ordered a MR-T25 treadmill. The first one I received had an issue where the motor belt was slipping. The service team helped me diagnose the problem, and try and fix it. I was unable to get the motor belt back on, they replaced the unit immediately, and that one worked great. While I would have liked the first one to work, knowing they have responsive and helpful service gave me a lot more confidence in the future with Merach.

I purchased the QS1 rowing machine directly from the Merach site after reading numerous reviews and was very pleased with the product itself - prompt delivery, easy to put together and nice quality (particularly for the price). It looks great, the seat glides beautifully and it feels like a quality piece of equipment. However... the customer service is VERY hit and miss and if you are outside of the USA (I'm in Australia) then you struggle as there is no local phone number and all contact is via email. One contact was repeatedly unable to locate my order (even though I attached it twice to two separate emails) but luckily the other contact was eventually able to satisfactorily rectify the situation. (If you are in Australia, I would recommend that you purchase from Ebay for greater piece of mind.)

Meine Retoure war auch nach 5 Wochen nicht bearbeitet und verbucht worden. Nach Aufforderung wurde die Angelegenheit jedoch zügig und höflich bearbeitet und die Rückerstattung veranlasst.

Ich habe ein Walking Pad bestellt. Es gab zwar einige Probleme mit dem ersten Gerät, jedoch wurde mir immer und schnell weitergeholfen. Ich habe am Ende ein Ersatzgerät bekomme. Das Walking lässt sich einfach bedienen und es macht Spaß sich zu bewegen.
