My litter box is the original one. I had internet issues at first but their customer service talked me right through it. The supplies are a fair price and good quality.

The product was shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. I love that the item came with liners and a deodorizer while we wait for the ones we ordered to arrive. My only issue is I contacted the company via email to ask a question and never heard back. Overall, I would definitely order again.

I like the low profile of this machine and top unloading of the used litter. I also like the long size of it for larger cats. My kitten is still to small to use it but I have it where she can can get in it and get used to it. I know she, and I, will love it!

cant wit to get it and compare with Robot 4

After figuring it out it’s awesome extremely quite so far just waiting doe cats to get used to this model. Already have an older model set up in different room Highly recommend

I love the litter box I purchased and I have now upgraded to the newer model. I have also tried the litter and love how it clumps really well. The only negative I have is I wish it didn’t track as much as it does.

This is our second litterbox. We love the convenience of the first and decided that we needed a second upstairs. Highly recommend for any cat owner!

I have 7 cats and I wanted to check it out to see how my kitty’s would adapt to it.. everyone of them use it.. I Do have reg cat boxes as well but, I will be getting another one or two. It’s very easy to clean. Once a week with all my baby’s cant beat that. Love it’s easy to clean.. Soo many perks for me and my fur babies ❤️… delivered right on time.. Again the product is awesome totally love it.. my order was perfect… I totally recommend this product 100 percent… Kathi S.
