Have only had ours half a week and loving it so far! Was easy to set up and my cat Lucy has accepted it without issue.

After having two Litter Robots (one I purchased, one was given to me), dealing with my Meowant SC09 is such a relief. It came quickly, was easy to set up, and I've had ZERO issues with it (unlike the LR3). It saves me money on litter by quickly removing the soiled spots. It's so much easier to clean and the litter basin is more rigid so it's easier to clean. I love that the waste bin is easy to swap out and also easy to spot clean as needed. I have the waste bags from Meowant, but 4 gallon trash bags also work so long as they're not the super thin ones. The SC09 is so incredibly quiet that I don't hear it unless I'm right next to it. Even then, it's just a soft, low hum. My Maine Coon fits inside with no issues and no one turned their discerning noses up at it when I set it up. In fact I had to corral them into the other room until I had it ready for them. I really can't say enough about the relief of coming home to a functioning, not-stuck unit. I guess the realy testament to how pleased I am with this litter box is the fact that I just bought my second SC09. I just set it up today. :)

Had issues with the base of our new litter box. Customer service was excellent at helping and replacing the base. Very professional and friendly. Litter box works wonderfully now. Will definitely recommend.
