This is the second Meowant litter box that we have ordered. It is great. We have 4 cats and they both work wonders. No more scooping just grab and replace the bags. Clean with cloth ever day so you don't have a smell. The deorderizer is great also.

UPDATE: Still loving this product. Top latch to open the poop door to replace the bags gets stuck a little, but nothing major (yet). Jack (the cat) seems to love his new pooping station too! He watches it do its thing after he's done using it. Easy ordering process, good value and quick shipping. We just started using the product. It was very easy to set up and put to use. I will review again after some time of use and wear and tear - hopes and expectations are high given the recommendations and product quality.

Have sent a few messages and never heard anything back. Mine freezes and it stays frozen until I unplug it, then it resets. Been waiting sine the 13th off July but nothing. If I would have know I wouldn’t have purchased. Their AI help center sucks. I spend more time trying to keep it operating than I did before with regular litter boxes. Biggest waste of money.

Hi, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and the poor experience you have had with our AI help center. We completely understand why you feel this way, and we are committed to making things right. We checked our system and unfortunately did not receive your previous messages. However, we have just sent an email to your registered address to follow up on this issue. Could you please check your inbox? If the unit is still freezing and requires unplugging to reset, please reply to that email with a short video showing the issue. This will allow our technical team to accurately diagnose the problem and provide a proper solution for you. We are here to help and will not rest until this is resolved.

This is my second purchase. I love the first one so I decided to replace one of my other litter boxes. I had three auto litter boxes from "another vendor" whose quality over the years has diminished. I also like the space saving design and quiet operation. I have one more to replace sometime in the near future and intend to replace it with the Meowant product.

Best thing I ever did was buy the automatic litter box from you! I love it and my Charlie boy loves it! Delivery time on extra bags and deodorant was a bit long so I’ll need to keep better track of my stock and order a little quicker. Thanks! ❤️

Very happy with the product SCO10 but the 29.5”x13” litter pan liners are frustratingly unavailable for repurchase. We appreciated the roll of liners included with purchase and need to replace them.

Customer Service is very attentive and efficient. The litter box is great & makes my life so much easier having two cats and having to work long hours every week. Thank you!
