This is so much better than litter robot. Same quality. Better logistics. 10 out of 10. Except my new one has a broken flap. It doesn't inhibit the performance. Y'all did good.

So far so good! I’ve had it for few days and my cat actually used it while i was trying to make sure it worked lol i think she got tired of me messing with it. I also like how it’s not huge. The one i previously bought was huge, heavy and pain to clean. Idk how this one will be to clean, but it looks a lot better than the one i had before.

I have four of these litter boxes so that tells you that I like them a lot. They are easy to set up and use and they even give the cats some amusement when they run through their cycle; the cats sit by and watch it do its thing. Of the four I received, one of them didn't come with the guard/fence/gate that snaps on the door opening and helps prevent litter from being tracked out. I reached out to customer service and got the run-around - one person told me they didn't make these. someone else told me to go to an Etsy shop to purchase it, which I eventually did for an extra $20. Also, the QR codes that come in the instructions do not lead to a working site.
