Fast shipping! Excellent communication!

Meowant is fabulous! It was exactly as advertised! I have tried several different electronic litter boxes and this one is easy to set up and use. It is also whisper quite compared to many others. My cat is so fascinated by it because it is so quiet. The packaging was super sturdy and arrived on time with great communication from vendor.

Site displays a picture of a product to buy but you're actually buying something completely different. Edit: They "clarified" in an email that they don't have pictures of the items they are selling on their site, which does not justify putting up a picture of something not even being sold on the product page and passing it off as an accurate listing.

My litter robot broke down after 3 years. My cats really miss having a clean box everytime. I love not having to scoop daily. The only thing i don't like is trying to fill it with litter through such a small hole. I didn't realize i ordered the smaller machine. Buy the larger one. It will make a huge difference.

Horrible customer service

It’s a great alternative to having to hurt your back scooping out the litter box! No fuss no muss and my cats took to it almost immediately. The WiFi/Bluetooth set up was a bit of a pain hence the -1 star but beyond that everything is great!
