Loving it so far! I’ve only had it a few days. My cat luckily wasn’t scared of it, but he is very intrigued by it when it’s in mid cleaning cycle. The sensors work very well and immediately stop when he gets nosey.

Shipping was quick and box was easy to set up. It’s nice and quiet and two of the three cats used it right away. Having a few issues with the clumps sticking to the top of the box sometimes and not going into the bin. Think the clumps are too wet and sticky. Currently using Fresh step litter so I’m going to try a different litter and see if that helps.

I was very happy with finally placing my order. It took me a few weeks to finally gather the money together to purchase this smart cat litter box. So far it’s been one day. My cats were sniffing around it a little some of them went in and used it. So far, I’m happy! Hopefully all my cats will learn how to use it. I will consider purchasing a second one.

Ordered on Thursday and package was delivered the following Monday afternoon. Easy initial set up. Kittens are fascinated with their new box and took little time to use it. The app has helpful weight and tracking information so I know which of my 3 kitties are using it. The box does not take up too much space and it saves me lots of scooping time otherwise needed with maintaining regular litter boxes.

I’m trying to get a refund because the cat litter box is too big for the room and your company will not send me a return label, with your discounted shipping cost, nor will they replace it for a smaller unit. It has not even been used and still in the box. I’m hoping somebody can work with me to get this issue resolved.

I received my order within the time frame promised. Everything was included in the box. It was easy to assemble. It works exactly how it is described. My cat was skiddish at first, but now, I think she appreciates having clean litter each time she goes in to use the box!!

After researching robotic litter boxes for so long I finally decided on the MeoWant and I am SO GLAD I did. We’ve only got 2 cars at the moment but the old litter box was so overwhelming and gross. I love that I just have to pull the bag out of the extremely easy-to-access door and replace the bag. We previously had the very cheap scoop free version that took crystals and it was a nightmare so I was hesitant to spend close to $300 on one, but I seriously wish we would have done it sooner!

Love this litter box so far! Customer service was amazing! Will recommend to everyone!
