I'm very excited about this purchase! The cats seemed to take to it right away and I wasn't sure they would since they're older. It's smaller than I expected and as quiet as advertised. My only concern so far is my fancy-schmancy router doesn't want to talk 2.4 Ghtz so I can't use the app. I still might purchase a 2nd one if I can find a way to get to an outlet. Bathrooms are harder.

It arrived super fast. But it's not cleaning the litter effectively. We even tried the clean steps clumping litter and it's still making a mess. Hopefully we can figure out why soon.

Hi, we are so sorry to hear about the issue you've faced with our product. If the clumps get stuck to the inside of the drum, please try the following. 1. It is recommended to extend the cleaning time after the cat leaves, and choose to set the cleaning time to more than 15 minutes (the longest cleaning time that can be set on the APP is 60 minutes) to facilitate the cat litter to clump. 2. Use cat litter with good clumping effect.
