Great litter box and incredible customer service! I highly recommend!

Ordered the SC01 double set and only received 1 litterbox. ticket price is over 1000$. I should have gone with the litter robot for that price. It's very fustrating that there is no way to contact customer service by phone, only through email and they aren't available on weekends. Still waiting for a response. I will update my review if this issue is resolved.

Easy to order, quick delivery

I haven’t used the robot yet but as far as delivery and ordering, it was very east process. I actually received it earlier than expected.

Makes life easier! I love not having to clean a litter box.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much was included in the box I assumed I’d have to purchase things separately but it came with everything! So far we are loving it!

Received my order within 5 days. It was an easy set up (haven’t figured out WIFI yet) The sale price was great. And within 5 minutes of adding litter, my cat used it!!!!
