I was so pumped to get this box but it’s smaller than it seems which was ok for my large cat but regardless of the litter type I use, the urine sits at the edge of the litter since the box itself is so shallow, you can’t put more in or it’s too much for the box so I’m constantly having to “scrape” the litter and run a manual cycle to get the urine to be dumped. I may as well have a scoop it myself box. Total bummer. I’ll be asking to return it and saved all my packaging. Fingers crossed 🤞

I tried to cancel this order within hours of placing it and got no response… no number to call. I don’t want it and now have to pay to ship it back. It is way overpriced after checking others.

I wish we would have gotten it sooner! Cats have adapted well and no smell.

I love the idea of not having to scoop the waste out. However the waste pad area is limited. I feel it could be a little larger. I had a heck of a time trying to set up the system. The program was asking for a device from the list but the list never showed up. So, I could go any further in the setup. I finally got it to take my sign on information but could not go any further.

The product arrived undamaged and was represented accurately as advertised. The service was great, the shipment was without incident and the discounts and payments were applied correctly. The product, a cat mechanical, litter box (SC-02) is fantastic. Wish I would have done this sooner. Great product! Great Price!

It's been a great transition so far. Bought this for an aging cat and although he didn't take to it right away, (skeptical of the movement), he is now using it regularly. Got the litter box on sale and it has been worth every penny so far just due to our room no longer smelling like a litter box!
