I got a great deal and it arrived quickly..

The litter box came right away but the fact that they didn’t keep up with the balance litter box sheets or the odor packages was up setting to say the least. Now have to way 30-40 days to get the rest of my order is ridiculous ..

We received the Meowant litter box four days ahead of schedule. The setup was very easy. The cats took to it quickly. The app was very easy to setup and navigate. A tip! you do need to set on a hard surface for the device to read weight properly. We are going to use a small piece of plywood under the base.

The package came quickly and was really easy to follow the instructions set up and get working right away.

This is my second Meowant litterbox. This time I’m getting the bigger one, the original one worked well for my kittens, but now one of them is 13 lbs and needs more space to do his business. My only complaint about the original litterbox is that the kittens were able to dig a hole in the bottom liner, which then continued to rip, and it started to fill underneath with litter which would then pinch and trap clumps, preventing them from dropping into the bin when the litterbox cycled. I had that original box for only a few months when that started, and am replacing it less than a year after purchase, so hopefully this one does better in that respect and lasts a good bit longer.

Tracking was virtually non-existent, but the item came a day early, yay! Easy to set up and connect to the app. It's very quiet when it runs and both my cats were easy to switch over from a traditional box. One of my cats is almost 20 lbs., and he fits just fine.
