This is an amazing product. Both of my cats love it. Would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a self cleaning litter box.

Horrible customer service. Had a problem with the magnetic latch for the hatch on the unit. It broke. The unit itself was getting stuck and spilling litter all over the place. Back and forth with order numbers even though I gave Customer service the order number. Would never recommend this company or their products. Steer clear.

I didn't receive the plug

Love this my Boe is totally enamored with it Binx is loving it James Bond says no thanks! He is not into Mechanical things I love it but still trying to figure out litter to use.

Fast shipping

Very easy to setup, our cats were very curious about it and tried it very quickly. The only noise this makes is the sound of the litter sliding when it cleans. Cleaning is very easy. We have 8 cats and cleaning one litter box went from taking 5-7 minutes three times a week to 2 minutes at most three times a week.

Shipping took a bit longer than stated. But the product is exactly what it claims to be. The machine is very quiet and fits snuggly in the cabinet we bought for it. It is simple to use, and the app feature is great!
