One cat loves it, other is scared of it. Just been a short time so I am sure he will eventually use ( he is a “scardy” cat).

Shipped quickly. Very easy to assemble and easy to take care of. Very quite. Love it!

The product arrived like 3 days after I ordered it. The set up was super easy, and my lil cats started using it immediately. My 2 older, larger cats took a day o4 so, but both of them are using it now with no problems. I have 4 cats ranging in size, 2 older cats both between 17 & 20 lbs (they're big boys), 1 younger (not even a year old)female around 8lbs, and a kitten that weighs about 1.5lbs, it says not to let kitties this small into it, but I've watched her carefully & she uses it w/ no issues. The app, let's me separate all 4 cats a part, it tells me which cat has been in, for how long & how many times. So far it is working perfectly. I set the auto cleaning to 10 min after a cat leaves to be sure it has plenty of time to clump. I've had it about 2 weeks & I've had no issues so far.

The only issue i have is that the clips given for the lid do not snap tightly. The lid is really loose.

This is leaps and bounds better than other more expensive robots. It was easy to put together, is so so quiet, the app is WAY better, and it's easy to take apart and clean. I have already sold my other robots and I'll be purchasing more of the sc02.

The only reason I did not give it five stars is that I have another electronic litter box that is bigger and the litter is deeper so it cleans itself a little bit better than yours. However, it’s still saves this old lady ha ha the trouble of bending over and cleaning a second litter box. Now I only have one litter box to clean out.
