Just love it!!! I was a little skeptical about this litter box ! Almost buy the expensive kind which is $700.00 , my husband bought it , since I’m a very busy person with work + pets!! And home cleaning! I love it so much !!! No smell , no more scooping litter again! Thank you meowant for making my life easier!!! Love it!!!!

This is my second purchase because the first one works so well. Quick and easy shipping. Both cats love them and an easy transition for them.

This litter box is AMAZING!! I am so happy with setup, cleanliness, smell reduction. I have this in my living room and don’t even notice it’s there. Worth every penny

Shipping was quick & the box arrived in just a couple of days. This is a great simple automatic litter box. I have only been using it couple of weeks. But, It seems to be working great. I got this litter box because my 18yr old boy has arthritis & started not feeling like going upstairs to use our other auto litter box. He took to the Meowant SC02 right away. The opening is big & low to the ground which makes it easier for him to get in. It also is easy to clean & I don't notice any odors coming from it. My only problem is that my other two cats like it too. I wish the waste bin was a little bigger & told you when it was full.

I have used every trick in the book - deterrent, a good habits booster inside the car litter box, positive reinforcement, having more than one cat litter box. My cat refuses to use this. The cat litter box itself is"meant for large cats"; although my cat is not that big, he seems to get uncomfortable when he's in it. The oval opening is too small and with the sheild (needed, in my case), it limits the entry way even more. The self cleaning functions are great, but unfortunately I can't use them because my cat is going 1 & 2 all over my house. The company has a 30-day return policy; which frankly, is not long enough. It takes cats on average about 5-6 weeks to acclimate. Some may be longer. My cat was using it the first few weeks, then he got spooked by the cleaning cycle. 🙃 So now I'm essentially stuck with a very expensive room decoration. Don't waste your money.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We completely understand how frustrating it must be when your cat refuses to use a product you had high hopes for. We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we appreciate that you’ve tried many methods to help your cat adjust. As you rightly pointed out, some cats do take longer than others to acclimate, and unexpected reactions like being spooked by the cleaning cycle, can unfortunately set back progress. We’ve sent you some additional tips via email to help your cat gradually get comfortable with the litter box again, and we’re here to support you through the process. Please don’t hesitate to reach back out if your cat shows any changes or if you’d like further guidance. Our team is always happy to assist in any way we can.
