Your speedy delivery of the cat litter box. But in your advertisement of the box, there was no information about the need for an electrical connection in order for the box to function. I didn't think about such a need. Unfortunately, there is no electrical serviced to the area where I need to place the box. Therefore, I am returning the cat litter box, un-used, to you. The litter box has not even been unpacked.

We're sorry to hear about the trouble you've experienced. After reviewing the issue, we found that the original damage to the base was caused by using a non-original charger. To help resolve this, we’ve already sent you a replacement base and the correct original charger. If you're still experiencing issues, please reach out to our support team—we’re here to help ensure everything works properly.

It took me a month to get to put it together. Thought my cats would like the bigger opening. Only one was impressed ( not the one I bought it for). The screen that sifts the litter, the holes are entirely to big, there are so many bigger hunks of urine clumps that none of them wanted to get in it. The plastic shield used to empty litter is a nuasiunce. I am very upset that I wasted so much money. It sounded great, but I was not impressed or happy

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. We understand how frustrating it must be when a product doesn’t work as hoped — especially for your pets. While we designed the larger opening and sifting screen to improve convenience, it’s clear that the execution didn’t meet your or your cats’ needs. We’re also sorry to hear that the plastic shield was a nuisance rather than a help. We will reach out to you by email and our customer service team will be happy to assist you further.

Very easy to order and ease my concerns about safety. We absolutely love the self cleaning litter box and wonder why we waited so long. It is a game changer!

The setup instructions could have been clearer. I had a little trouble getting the drum seated properly, with no instructions besides "make sure drum is seated properly" it's a bit difficult. Also, there's nothing saying to make sure the handle that secures the drum latches securely. A statement saying to make sure the handle locks in place, or to listen for the click when it latches would be very helpful there. Anyway, it's setup, my cats have been checking it out. They're curious about what it is. Hopefully they'll be fine with using it.
