Very fast delivery! Very satisfied!

It does not auto clean. I followed the trouble shooting steps in the directions and on Air Pet site. As this is the primary reason for my purchase it is disappointing

I got a response to my inquiry

I love this unit! No more scooping poop! The odor is gone and the mess is gone as well. What an amazing invention for cat owners!

My kids put it together easily and even set the app up on my phone. Very quiet, doesn’t take up a lot of space, came with about 20 bags for the waste compartment. I only took off one star because the cat weighing is inconsistent but honestly not a big deal. The room it is in has no smell at all and my cat has definitely been putting it to use. I also like the little deodorizer that it comes with. Smells pretty good and connects to the side of the waste basket. Best part, less expensive than some of the more popular brands.

I've switched over to two of these units for my cats. The experience is so much better than my previous units. It tracks multiple cats, clean up is a BREEZE, and it's so much more spacious with so much room for activities. Also, so far, customer service is top notch. Zero complaints.

This is the 2nd machine I’ve purchased for my wife and i’s 3 cats. The product itself is amazing. You just have to make sure you thoroughly clean it at least once a month, or more if it starts to look gross. Highly recommend this to anyone!

This is the first automatic litter box we've ever purchased. We brought home two kittens and they took to it immediately. Easy to empty the waste container. Arm & Hammer Clump and Slide litter seems to work well in it.
