Cat's Loved the 1st one, so got second one. Haven't set up yet, but excited toget it set up?

So easy. Our Buddy went right in and then watches the process, then looks at me as if to say "Isn't that amazing!" We change the bag once a week, so much better than shoveling a litter box. No smell either

The Litter box came in a timely manner and was very easy to put together. I have three cats and the middle cat 9lbs (5yrs) climbed in it before I was even done reading the directions. Unfortunately she didn’t turn around and peed in the entrance and all over the floor. I’m seeing reviews now saying others are having this same issue. My other two cats have been using it no problem but the middle cat does not use anymore. I didn’t react to her accident so I know she wasn’t scared away. I’m not sure why she refuses to use it. It works wonderfully for my other two cats 7lbs (8 months) and 13lbs( 10 yrs). After the holidays I will probably buy a second one because I do have three cats. It has made a great difference in my house and has made my life so much easier!!!

The first day after setting up the box, there is still clumps of cat poo in the kitty litter even after a cycle has ran. Also, huge wet clumps of urine and kitty littler mix is getting stuck in the back of the machine. It is visible and and gross.

Website was easy to use, and I got the litter box in 3 days.

i have two and have plans to purchase two more for my home and give then purchase one more for my disabled mother to help her i love them and my cats do too. FYI my largest cat is 23+ pounds and he say just a bit more room would be nice but otherwise happy
