Plastic piece on the door hinge broke off upon opening it from the box. Currently have the door taped in place. It's frustrating enough that they don't sell a replacement silicone liner for the drum, even more frustrating when you order a replacement drum and it breaks before first use. It's not a mission critical piece though as the packing tape holds the door in place and allows it to hinge and the snap locks still work.

It works, but I think this was a return. No manual, bags had been opened and only 18 bags in it when suppose to be 20. It had a gel odor cartridge in the litter box dried up. Packing inside just looked used. It has odor from Waste.

It's very easy to put together. The Bluetooth isn't connecting but I will figure that out. Both cats have now used it and are very curious but all in all I think they'll go right to it.

I have only use it for one day. Easy set up. I did not par it with my phone because of lack of storage on my phone. I have 4 cats and two have used it so far but the other two are still weary. I would like to get one for my daughter but will wait to see with this one.

Love this litter box!! So easy to put together and the app works well! My cat adjusted to it immediately (like literally within 5 mins of putting the litter in!). We switched from pellets to regular litter and thought it might take some getting used to but it works great and he likes it so far!

We were hesitant about trying an automatic litter box. This one had great reviews and a great deal going on. We thought we could give it a try for the price. We have a senior cat and a kitten. Both took to the new litter box within minutes of it being installed.

EZ to set up and it actually works without the app which is great bc if you need the app all the time for the box to do the clean cycle, then it is a worthless product. I like that it automatically cleans after every time that she uses the container
