Doesnt work correctly.
Wish i would have saved my money and used to buy a different brand. Keeps leveling the litter but not fulling cycling and cleaning.

The product does not hold up
The product does not hold up for cats. The bottom layer inside broke so litter was getting under it, I contacted them multiple times times and got nothing besides “please give us some time because there are so many orders”. It’s been less than a year so of course they’re not going to respond and fix the issue. I would never buy from here again!

Not good
Not good. I have been sending messages inquiring about returning the item I purchased for days and no one has responded to my messages.

Trying to get help impossible
Trying to get help impossible. Damaged item was sent, no reply after a week to get help replacing it. Update: when emailing a complaint about a damaged item Meowant feels it’s okay to wait 16days to reply. I emailed 1/4/26 and I just not got their reply 1/18/26, their response as if I was satisfied is pathetic. Paid too much to be out a litter box I desperately needed WHEN I ORDERED IT. Not broken and weeks later to be responded to. Shame on you all at meowant

I paid $30 for a new inside liner that…
I paid $30 for a new inside liner that holds the litter. It was getting wore and buckling on the side. Somehow the first liner was the wrong fit so, I had to take the chance and order another one. At this time I am going back to scooping litter, I did this for almost 2 months! I finally got the new mat and thank God it worked. I have tried to send back the first mat with a refund. I paid $30 they only want to refund me $10 of my money. I’m not happy! I have to say the meowant automatic litter boxes are the best. Nothing has ever been wrong with mine until this issue with the inside liner.

Excellent customer service & product
When I went to order my Meowant through an ad on Facebook, there was only one option…it was for the SC01. I ordered it and hoped that mt largest cat would fit in it. The weight limit mentioned was 16 pounds. I knew my cat was very close to that. After I had placed the order I saw another ad for the SC02 which is supposed to have a larger capacity. I sent a message to customer service and explained the issue. I got a response from Rollanda. She made the change to my order and made sure that I received the correct unit and that it was in the color that I wanted. I bought this to replace a 3 year old LitterRobot. I don’t remember ever seeing the LitterRobot make a complete cycle without stopping at least twice before continuing on. Then it got to the point that it wouldn’t start a cycle unless we pushed reset, then cycle, button. So frustrating when we couldn’t go away over night because it would malfunction. The Meowant runs so smoothly and has not stopped mid cycle, yet!!! Keep up the good work!
