We would like to clarify that your order was a pre-order item, and the estimated shipping timeframe was clearly stated on our website at the time of purchase. After you chose to keep your original model, we also emailed you with the expected restock and arrival timeline. As we did not receive any further response from you after sharing this information, we understood that you accepted the updated shipping timeframe, and therefore the order was not canceled. Once the item became available, it was shipped out promptly, and a shipping notification email was sent to you.
