Everything was good although I did want the 6 pack of deodorizer but had to settle for a 3 pack

Arrived broken. Update: here to admit that the company sent a replacement, and it arrived in tact and I was about to use it. My cat loves this new litter pan already. Thank you so much Meowant for the customer service and making the situation better!

I like that I do not have to spend 15+ minutes a day cleaning the litter box I like that it cleans the after each cat use ( I have 3) - i do not like that the clumped cat pee and poop sometimes sticks to ceiling of the globe, walls, floor ( I have changed cat litter and it has helped some) - i find that I need to add cat litter up to 3 - 4 times a day and I do not like that

I bought the SCO2 a year ago and I accidentally got the base with and it malfunction. They were out of stock of just the base so I just ordered the whole thing again. Absolutely love this item. I’m hoping when the base is back in stock I can get that and just use the other head drum for it.
