Purchased the litter box and just made an order for the litter bags. Ordering is very easy, and delivery is quick. Will continue to order replacement supplies. The litter box is amazing-the only reason we have a cat in our house. Definitely recommend

Order # 111485 I was supposed to get a $170 refund after a promo code failed, and they stated it would take a day. To date I never received it despite emailing customer service and chatting with them. I have not yet received my product. Zero stars since I have not been refunded!

You would get 5 stars, because I did just buy a second unit, but...the ad said in stock, then after I ordered I got the same out of stock message as last time. Worth the wait though. This thing is huge, I have 8 cats in the house, it was just a whoosh and 2 do it yourself model's, before the whoosh it was 5 do it yourself model's. Soon it will be...Zero do it yourself model's, oh...it could use a stronger motor too. I would pay extra.

I found this company Meowant by luck looking for an alternative to the Litter Robot on the Web. I came across Meowant. I am extremely happy I found a company that puts out a great product less than half the cost of the Litter Robot who's wiring I had to replace several times due to lack of protection. Meowants Product is super quiet and super easy to keep clean. I had purchased both the SC01 and upgraded to the SC09, due to the size of my little girls two cats, I thought the SC09 is probably a better choice and it turns out I was correct. The SC09 has a wider open front for the cats to enter, super quiet during rotation and is easier to clean due to the open front. The two cats also seem more comfortable with the SC09. Blue tooth also works perfectly if anyone choose to use it. For people like me who wants a great product and not pay such a high cost, Meowant is in my opinion, the best product anyone can purchase that checks those boxes. I honestly feel Meowant puts out the best product, and I appreciate the cost and build of this product. Thank you Meowant !
