Ordered item October 1st said I would have within 4-5 days and I still haven't received it. Im think this company is a fraud. Going to dispute with bank if not received with next few days.

It is much roomier than our previous litter box & our cat could not wait to use it! He watched us put it together & as soon as we turned our backs - he was “trying it out”! So, we would say he gave it 2 🐾 up!!!

We ordered it was shipped right away. It was so easy to put together the cats love it and we love it. It’s very simple to operate. We have eight cats, and we have three other robots to which are actual Litter-Robot robots and another one of another brand this is by far the best one we’ve had so far. I hope they keep the price at the discounted price for a while so that I can order two more and get rid of two that we have that were very unhappy with.

I love it! Best money I have ever spent! I purchased the sc09 so I could weigh my cats as well. I love it so much! It works reliably, you can set how long it waits to cycle after the cat goes in. It tracks how long each kitty is in the box for, how often they go in, and their weight. The shipping was unbelievably fast and pretty much ready to go! For the price, I'm extremely impressed! I have had an older model litter robot 3 and I hate it. I will be selling it to purchase another meowant. Probably the newest model for the open box concept. Yes I would buy another in a heartbeat. Very happy customer and will return.

It took 3 weeks to ship with no response to my inquiries about my order. After the third attempt, I finally got a response that the family was on vacation and would respond soon.I received my order the next week. Everything came as described. The unit seems to work properly the only problem is that neither of my cats will use it. I guess it may be too high for them to get into? I don't know. Today is the first day so Im hoping they will warm up to it. I have an older male and a younger female and they both seem to be skeptical.

Only had it two days. Cats seems to love it. Was easy to put together. Looks great and seems to be working fine. Delivery was quick after it shipped.

Took way too long to ship.
