Have not received it yet delivery date keeps getting pushed back.

I knew it wasn’t going to ship right away because they were upfront and said it was going to be shipped in the order they were purchased. I was notified when it was going to ship and it arrived shortly afterwards.

I foster for a local rescue and having so many cat's in the house these are perfect so I don't spend all day cleaning them. I wish I could afford the air purifier but for now I will enjoy the cat boxes. I share your link to all my friends and tell them it's worth it So thank you

I have a lot of cats and this cat box was easy to set up and my kitties all took to it very quickly

We were unable to get the bags when we ordered them but had to wait until they were restocked. We have the self cleaning cat litter box model MWSC09 and have had trouble with it recording our cat’s usage. It also stops in the middle of auto clean and it says that it is paused. In general, it just hasn’t worked properly since we’ve gotten it.

I have a 30 lb cat and he actually fits!! I’m so happy with this box! Quality built!

Delivery was not handled properly item was delivered on the Citi sidewalk in front of my house outside of my front gate upside down with dings in the box and when I picked it up was rattling not even sure if I want to open it. I have filed a complaint with you and with Fedex.
