MeowantReviews of meowant.com

I have only had the SC09 for under a week, but so far it has performed flawlessly. It is bigger than most for my 2 large (15#) cats. I am impressed with the size. Easy set up and intuitive app. I'm not this generous with most apps.

Everything I've bought from meowant has met my every expectation. I'm very impressed with the quality of the products and excellent fast shipping. I highly recommend this company to all. The robot litter boxes make my life so much easier. And my cats are happy!!

Delivery was quick and the person was very careful in placing the box. True caring.

I have 2 of the SC02. I believe they are great. Among the things that I like about this litter box is it is covered that minimizes litter dust flying out, it is low-entry, quiet, and the waste bin is on top which helps to not make you bend low. However, the major flaw of this unit is the silicone mat gets torn easy. And they do not sell replacements for it. Smh. Among all the accessories they are selling, the one that's most likely to be damaged fast cannot be sold separately. Instead, you need to buy the whole $80 drum which I feel is such a waste because the other drum is still in good condition but you'll have to throw it away for a 1" tear. It's not so environmental friendly either coz that drum will eventually end up in the landfill. Worst is, I have to wait for at least 2 months to get a replacement. I can't be buying a new drum everytime the mat tears because everything in the unit is still in good working condition. I've also read a few posts online complaining about the same issue and i was hoping they have developed a new mat for the covered units but they still made the sc09 which I'm tempted to get but I'm hesitant because it still has the same silicone mat and I'm sure it will have the same issues. I messaged customer service and they gave me 2 options: get a new unit or wait 2 months for a new drum they will ship. Neither really works because I don't want to spend a lot of money while i wait for the replacement drum and i need a replacement quick so the cats can use their litterbox. Overall, frustrated about the whole thing so I just want others to be aware of this issue.

The initial order was shipped within a day, took a few more days to get here but that's expected.

I was impressed by the speedy delivery! The box is sturdy and easy to set up. I hope my 3 cats will use it!!

What I got delivered in a fair time. But I only got half my order. If I got the full order or at least tracking for another package would be 5. Still waiting for liners.

This is my first automatic litter box. Pros-wide entrance and larger are inside -Very quiet, but my cats were still fearful of the movement. This will take time. - Feels like it’s made of good quality material. -One cat used it right away. I’m still making adjustments to the cleaning time after they exit. My cats go potty one after the other when they finish eating, so it’s important to allow enough time after they leave before cleaning so they can cover their waste. Urine will stick to the top and bottom if the waste doesn’t get covered by litter. Price was a factor in my purchase. I don’t have any Cons regarding this litter box with the exception of the box being damaged during delivery. Hoping the litter box itself was not damaged. Looks ok after opening the box. Keep in mind that I have only had the box for 2 days.
