I love the Meowant cat litter robots! I have used two types. Both awesome! No odor in my apartment. No need to deal with the litter for at least 5 days with the types I've used, and, when you do, it's super easy and clean. Just gather up the bag and throw it in the trash!

Can’t get it to connect to the app. Have other devices that use the app and connect just fine. Verified network pw is correct, restarted/unplugged the cat box 3 times as troubleshooting instructions indicated and still can’t get it to load to use the cat box. Super frustrating!

It arrived in a timely manner. Assembly was not difficult. I followed your instructions for set up. Their old litter box is nearby. I put some old litter sprinkled on the top of new littler in your litter box. I am hoping they will take to it. Yesterday was the first day, an so far only sniffing an looking at it.

Love our automatic box. Had a part break a few months in, and emailed customer service. The part in question was out of stock, but was on order and they'd send me one when it arrived. Sure enough, everything was communicated and shipped in a timely manner. This was some good old-fashioned customer service that's rare to see these days.

This purchase was my fourth Meowant litter box. I currently have have two SC02s and this new extra large SC09. This new one is very large and my 11 yo male loves it. I was able to get rid of old style letter box. Yay!

I liked being able to compare the different litter boxes and get a recommendation based on my cats. It helped make the decision easier for which box to buy. I also appreciate the fast shipping and for being selected to receive free litter as part of your Fathers Day promotion. The litter box itself is wonderful. It has a modern design and a lot of room for my plus size kitty. It was easy to put together and also easy to clean, with the trash bin easy to access. I love the safety features of this box too and it is so quiet when it is operating. Now if I can just get my other cat to use it also...

Meowant litter boxes are fabulous! So easy to clean & empty. We just ordered a 3td one as we have 4 cats. We had one of another brands VERY expensive auto litter boxes & broke a year after we got it & had to constantly reset it.
