We want to clarify that we replied to your email within 3 hours of receiving it. Unfortunately, by the time we were able to respond, your package had already been packaged and handed over to the carrier, which is why we could not update the address on our end. However, we did forward your new address to the carrier and requested a reroute. While we cannot guarantee that the carrier will be able to successfully redirect the package, we are doing everything we can on our end to help resolve this.
