Easy to order and prompt shipping

Quick delivery and so far, it seems like it's working properly. I do have a sc02 and it seems the cats like the bigger area.

Up until tonight I'd of told you this was the best litter box. Tonight is enough for me to buy from a different brand . I had a family medical emergency and was away for a few weeks with a cat sitter caring for my cats. I don't know how it happened ,but I came home to find the box needed cleaning and wiping it down wouldn't cut it. So I used the hose. Let me tell you what....Don't do it. The "barrel " is freaking huge, awkward and heavy enough ,it will be an absolute !@#$%&^ nightmare to get all the water out of the damn thing. I'm done with it.

This is the 3rd litter box I have purchased, they were delivered on time and in good quality packaging. I purchased this one for my 83 year old Father-in-law. I got it for him for Father’s Day to help him change his litter easier for him and he was so happy and Thanked us for making his life easier. This litter box is liked by all the cats too, cause it nice and roomy. I give this a five star rating for the quality of the machine and ease of using it plus cleaning litter box is very easy.

Arrived quickly and excellent instructions made it easy to assemble

I have the 09, bought the 10 because it's trash holder is twice as big. Skeptical, as I couldn't buy extra bags with my purchase, I went ahead with the order. I wasn't reading the instructions, and I tried to add the 10 to my airpet app, but it wasn't listed and no update available. Still haven't dl the correct app, but to say the least, it's extremely quiet, drum turns half the speed of the 09, and I haven't figured out yet, whether my colony of cats prefer the 10 2:1 because it's open on the top, or if it's because the 09 is dirty... TBD

It's rare to find a simple and still complete instruction. The build was easy and fast. Now I only have to set up the Bluetooth connection, but I don't think it will be having problems.
