Ordered Tour and Breeze Pro late May and riding by July 9th. Love getting out regularly; exercise, fresh air not to mention the health improvements, canceled a knee injection appointment and down 15 pounds. Needed customer service one time and problem was handled quickly and completely. Highly recommend.

My Meet One Trike has been great, Support for my Trike has been very help full for all my questions concerning the the new ride. I would recommend this Trike to anyone wanting freedom to get out an ride. An their support for your new ride is very good to help you with all your needs.

I ordered our first Breeze Pro on Feb. 16th, 2025, and received it within the promised window of last week of March. I watched videos, some twice, to acquaint myself with how to complete the build when received. I also ordered the premium seat. My husband has Parkinson’s disease and this trike has been a true blessing to aid in his ability to get out and about again. As he is no longer able to be the “bike mechanic” in the family, I have taken on this role. Between the MeetOne support team and the FaceBook user groups I have received the support and knowledge needed to care for our trikes. We ordered a second trike a week after receiving the first one. It came even sooner, receiving it within 4 weeks, and put together myself in early May. Since then we have put on over 900 miles on each trike. I have added upgrades of a dashcam, turn signals, better locks, and more to truly customize them to meet our needs. We get lots of compliments. We recently had a tune-up done and the bike mechanic stated these trikes are about the best and robustly built electric trikes he has seen. I heartily recommend these trikes but also advise reviewing videos and joining a support group to get more ideas on maintaining your trikes. By the way, I am 76 and if I can do this, most anyone else can too.

After riding a trike for a few years, I had two primary requirements. I had to purchase from a local bike shop with a solid reputation which I could rely upon to provide warranty service and routine maintenance. My prior experience was to be defrauded and left high and dry. I was given much more by Meet One with a five year warranty and a customer service team which has not once failed to help and stand behind their product. I’m very grateful for this. Secondly, my previous trike just didn’t have the power to allow me to ride where I wanted. Twice, I was stranded on hills. I did not have the strength in my legs to push the trike up hill and almost lost control. I started searching for a well built trike with two motors, two batteries, and hydraulic brakes. I found the Meet One Trike Tour Dual which gave me much more with a rear suspension, lights which were integrated into the electrical system, and a rear differential. Once I found that OutSpoken Bike Rentals in Cleveland & Akron gave me a chance to test ride, I made a bee line to go see for myself. I purchased on the spot. I have ridden almost 700 miles in the past few months. I have not once had any ‘buyers remorse’ and beyond that am very pleased with my decision. Riding my Meet One Trike Tour Dual is my primary escape from “adulting”. I see little boys riding around this summer and at 77 years old I feel the same joy which I see in their faces. It allows me to be a kid again back on those country roads. But also maintain enough of that ‘adulting’ mood to know that I can safely take long rides, up and down hills, knowing that I can safely return home to continue being a loving caregiver for my wife.

Love my Meet One Tour! This trike is built like a tank and has more power than I know what to do with. I live near many hills and the dual batteries and dual motors have no issue going up them! Customer service is great and the company is very active in the Facebook groups. I can't think of anything negative to say about them! If you are on the fence, get one! They are worth every penny!

My spouse and I did a LOT of research before deciding to purchase the Meet One Breeze Pro for my father who experiences vertigo/instability from time to time. He loves being outdoors and it was becoming too risky for him to continue riding a traditional bicycle. When I placed the order I realized I selected the wrong battery option however, already paid and was worried that we wouldn't be able to rectify it however, with one simple email, customer support updated my order and all I had to do on my end was pay the difference through a link - the ease of this process put my mind at ease that we went with the right company. After that, shipping was delayed about a week but it was delivered mid July just as our pre-order stated. The extra battery was shipped separately and I woke up to an email from customer support asking if I had received it (I didn't as a post box move at the post office caused confusion, no onus on Meet One) and provided the phone number of where I can call to arrange pick up. Let me tell you, this DOES NOT happen in customer support ever... not to me anyway and I am sure others feel my pain (lol) Meet One has exceeded my expectations at every turn, from customer support to the actual quality of the product ordered, there is no better out there. I chuckled at some of the reviews online saying that the reverse option would be deal breaker if it wasn't included and boy oh boy I understand now. This thing is HEAVY! And in no way is that a bad thing, it is built like an old 60's Chevrolet, I would feel bad for a vehicle if it were to collide with this bike because that car would be TOAST! This is the Meet One Battering Ram (and I LOVE IT!) Excellent quality, features, support and everything in between. Thank you so much Meet One for giving my dad his freedom and for giving the rest of my family one cool trike to play with!

Received my Tour Lite as promised 7-17-25. Shipped Fed Ex on time and damage free. Well packaged. Assembled easily and all went well. Did have one issue and Email customer service. Got quick response and the issue was resolved. Have already driven 50 miles and love it. Best investment every. I am 76 and can take 15 mile trips!! Give the Trike and customer service 5 Stars!!!!

Bike arrived on schedule. Assembly was straightforward. I contacted customer service with a small item and received a response immediately with the answer. I would highly recommend Meet One.
