I ordered the dual battery kit for my wife's MeetOne Breeze 1.0. The kit arrived but was missing the appropriate connectors. The new controller had new connector types, after contacting MeetOne I was sent everything needed to get it resolve. To top it off I paid $75 for a technican to do the install and since there was missing components MeetOne reimbursed my costs. Excellent way to resolve an otherwise avoidable issue.

We appreciate your patience while we got everything sorted out! We're sorry the kit arrived with missing connectors, but we're happy our team was able to make things right. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue, and we hope your wife enjoys the upgrade!

This is an amazing trike
This is an amazing trike! Meet One Breeze Pro 2.0, I’m 70 years old, with a balance disability, so definitely need the lower center of gravity especially when turning corners. I had other trikes in the past that turned like a tank. Easy smooth comfortable ride. I had mine dropped shipped to the local hardware store for final assembly. They said it assembled well. I’m been tweaking the backrest, seat, and handlebars to fit me. You have to remember this is a semi recumbent trike. It is not a bicycle or standard trike. Tweaking is very important, easy to do, little at a time. Solid build, excellent quality.
I gave 4 stars mainly being 70, bending way down to unlock and remove and replace the battery is frustrating at the moment, I will learn and adjust. I live in northern northern Wisconsin, so the battery comes in the house each night. The other reason for the 4 star rating is the front headlight doesn’t turn with the direction of wheel. It is mounted to the front basket which also doesn’t follow turning. It’s a visual mismatch, but one the can be overcome by riding more. Also wish there was a real manual.
Costumer service is fast! No complaints there, answering questions is fast and polite and shows that they are really there to help. Thank you

It is a project in progress
It is a project in progress. I am on a small cattle/hay farm of a little over a hundred acres and a lot of wild critters too. When I first got it together, the cows did not like it at all. They were used to my noisy four-wheeler diesel and heard me coming from a distance. My 2.0 has never been on asphalt and never will be and must make its own trails. I am adjusting to the reduced load capacity. Have been looking at the trailer to haul equipment I need on the farm. The support people have been great. First thing I had to do was change all the tires to adapt it to farm life here in Alabama. There are no bike shops around and must do all the work myself. The Support people help so much. I love the full suspension system. I wish my tractor rode this smooth. The ground is not forgiving at all here. The front drive is interesting and does not have good uphill traction as the weight shifts to the rear drive wheels. I was given instruction on increasing the power to the rear wheels for uphill climbing which should take care of that problem. Fallen trees are tough too, but a chain saw takes care of them. The battery is great and can use it a couple weeks at a time and only use a couple bars on the gauge.

We are very pleased with the 2
We are very pleased with the 2 passenger trike. My wife has a hard time with the big heavy E-bikes. But now she will be able to bring our special needs daughter along to keep her in the fun of things. I had eye surgery so my mom and my wife were able to put the bike together with the video I found online which was very helpful. So for such a big bike they were able to handle putting it together on the there own.
Thanks so much Mark S

Everything came out great in the end..
Everything came out great in the end... When we received our trike, it was throwing a code and not working directly out of the box. As frustrating as that is, Meet One customer service worked through it with us... Actually sending new parts multiple separate times until the issue was resolved with a new motor. It took time and patience, but it works and we love it!! Wonderful bike with plenty of power

Quick support for excellent product
Initially, my Meetone Pair would fail mysteriously while descending a hill. When beginning to climb there was no power. When turning to go back down I would get a power surge and power was restored. After recounting my experience as best I could , Alicia spotted the problem: A faulty brake sensor.
There was a little target like sensor at the bottom of the screen that appeared when the motor was not engaged. It signaled a brake needed adjusting. Alicia sent me a video to show me how to isolate it to the correct side and make the adjustment. That seems to have solved the problem and now it is meeting my expectations as an excellent way to walk the dog and use the Pair like a golf cart while getting exercise.
Carter also showed me how to increase the number of assist levels and the % of power delivered at each level. Before adjustment, there were only 3 assist levels very badly adjusted at about 2%, 4%, and 100%! Should not have escaped a QC check going out😊. After an adjustment there was a logical 5 step gradient to full power that makes riding a delight.
In summary, this is an excellent quality product which, after fine tuning, functions extremely well. My initial experience would have been so much better if the Pair was tested a little more thoroughly before shipping. Its assist levels should have been sophisticated to create a good initial impression for an otherwise fine product. The Meetone Pair would benefit from a user friendly application, common in the industry, to make shifting adjustments more user friendly.
One week in, the Pair is working very well. I am satisfied with the prompt support I received even through it was during the Memorial Day holiday.!!!

I am very pleased overall
I was very pleased with the quick response and honest answers. After purchase support, It was good. I would have said, great accept for 1 customer service agent who was abrupt and hung up on me. Overall customer service was great. They were quick to help me and to reimburse me the cost of bleeding the brakes. I am very pleased with the trike. In general, it rides nice well made and a lot of fun, even though I use it to get to and from work.I enjoy riding it on my bike rides with my friends. The basket makes it easy to go grocery shopping and do other fun things. While riding the track. I have ridden it in snow and it does very, very well plenty of traction and stability. I look forward to writing it for many years.

I bought the MeetOneTrike Breeze Pro…
I bought the MeetOneTrike Breeze Pro for my wife and she loves it. Our opinion of the product is positive, overall.
PROS
• Love the bike. The power assist is intelligent – it detects pedaling and can be throttled manually. The assist shuts off when braking. Has quite a lot of power, even uphill. Battery charge lasts a long time.
• Customer support is excellent. Response to email is prompt and thorough. They even went an extra mile to bring an answer from their engineer.
• Both the regular seat is more comfortable than expected. The Premium seat is excellent – and solid.
CONS
• The assembly video on meetonetrike.com is outdated and incorrect. I had to search the internet to find the current assembly video for this bike (2.0).
• Reverse is difficult to do by intention, of course. Maybe too difficult. It is tricky to set a certain mode, then press and hold a touch button, throttling, steering, and back-pedaling all at the same time. It might be easier to have a dedicated button to press and hold without requiring presetting the ‘zero’ mode. Also, the K6 Control Button might be a little difficult to use in Winter while wearing gloves.
• The provided tools are barely adequate for a strong person apply the necessary torque and some were dimensionally out of tolerance. Plan to use your own metric wrenches and hex bit socket set to do the assembly. Most bolts are hex cap screws, which is plus.
