The only negative experience I ran into was watching previous unboxing videos and expecting the same unboxing experience. Not realizing that they had modified how everything was shipped. Which caused me to assume that some items where missed during packaging. A quick email to support and a post to the "Meet One Trike Owner's Group" on facebook and was informed that the missing items would be in the 2nd box. The 2nd smaller box arrived the day after the big trike boxed arrive. But once I had all the parts assembly was pretty smooth. Made my first 13 mile ride the same day. I definitely recommend joining the Facebook group there are many individuals that are handy and ready to assist which your questions and offer hints and pointers. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I’m very happy with my MeetOne Breeze Pro. MeetOne has excellent customer service, responding to inquiries within a day! For example ,I noticed when I unboxed that the front wheel reflector was broken. I contacted customer service, they requested a picture, I sent it, and they mailed a replacement. They then followed up to make sure the replacement was received. It was quite refreshing! Thank you MeetOne!

Excellent Service after the sale. Had a defective battery on my Breeze Pro which was quickly confirmed through chat and video. Replacement sent out right away. Very pleased with our experience with meetone’s products, and service!

I have truly enjoyed my experience with the trike. It has so enjoyable to get out again a get a little exercise again. This company has worked very hard to make my experience enjoyable. Keep it up all. Paul

We have 2 - Tour Trikes, one with 2 motors. These Trikes are phenomenal. Our first ride was 6 miles to a restaurant in the country. Wife didnt pedal much, she was against getting them, until she rode it about 3 weeks after we bought them. When she came back from the ride, she said order the 2nd one. The Trikes are built like a tank. Glad we made the purchase.

We just got our Meet one pro breeze a couple of days ago got it with the upgraded seat. My wife is handicapped, but she’s able to get on this fine. First day we got it. We were gonna just ride down the road to the neighbors which is 1 mile and back She loved it so much. We end up riding 21 miles a day. I just cannot say enough about this bike it’s great and the support is great too. I got on the computer messing around what I wasn’t supposed to be doing locked it up. Email them five minutes later they sent me how to solve the problem. Cannot ask us no better than that love the ride Everything I mean wouldn’t do it. My wife really didn’t think you’d ever ride again. This is a great great bike for anybody

Handles all customers questions and problems quickly. Cares about making things right

When assembling my Tour, I overtightened the bolts holding the handle bars and broke the cap. Meetone sent out a new stem under warranty. Now it's pure enjoyment.
