I wanted to wait a little while before I reviewed this e-trike, because everyone likes their trike when they first get it. But I’ve had my Meet One Tour for a couple of months and have ridden it for hundreds of miles. It is absolutely awesome! I tried a couple of other brands, but their trikes were too squirrelly . This one is super stable with plenty of power to take on the hills around my house. it is a great way to get exercise and have a lot of fun doing it!

I don’t drive and this suits my needs perfectly. It has great torque, I’m over 300+ pounds at the max speed it will go 22 mph. It is well built. I have the dual batteries and I have the premium seat which adds some weight to the trike and was able to ride 20 miles, on a charge with one bar left on the battery, which with my weight and the premium seat weight I feel that’s impressive. I will probably get an extra battery. I love the trike.

I am in the middle of a horror story with Meet One after trying to purchase a working Meet One Breeze Pro "Folding" Trike with the Premium Seat and the two battery set-up, spending an additional $700. I would NEVER recommend Meet One to anyone. They have treated me very poorly to put it mildly. My opinion of them is not good. Dishonest is a better description. POOR product POOR (NO) Quality Control Horrible shipping time Horrible shipper NO customer service Did I mention, NO customer service I was ghosted by another famous youtube influencer who pushes Meet One constantly. When I reached out to them for help, they promised to reach out to their contact at Meet One and help me. Nothing has ever happened. Meet One and the influencer ghosted me. I sent the "influencer" three more emails keeping them updated to my lack of progress and asking for help ... the influencer ghosted me. I sent Meet One TEN emails, filled out a Meet One Contact Form, and tried to post a negative review on the Meet One Breeze Pro website before they finally contacted me five days later. I emailed (with photos) Meet one of my problems only a few hours after receiving the trike. Now, only two weeks later, they will not answer the phone number they gave me nor will they return any of my phone calls. Meet One refuses to honor their warranty and told me it was IMPOSSIBLE to replace my BRAND NEW, defective/damaged out of the box, Meet One Breeze Pro "Folding" Trike. My Meet One "customer service" rep continually pushed me to buy a Tour and even suggested a discount might be possible on the Tour. Why would I buy a folding trike if I did not want a folding trike ? After four phone calls and being pushed constantly to buy a Tour, I asked what kind of discount is Meet One offering me. "NONE, that would be IMPOSSIBLE", I was told. "We are already losing too much money on you !" I was told. "I never said that" I was told. My choice was to keep an unusable Meet One Breeze Pro "Folding" Trike or return it for a refund. I have been waiting two weeks for a return box and have had no email verifying that Meet One is in fact sending me a return box and will give me a refund when I return the trike and the four other boxes of stuff they sent me. I have called Meet One three times this week. Meet One now will not answer the phone number they gave me for customer service that I have been using nor will they return any of my phone calls. I sent an email to Meet One "customer service" pointing this out and have been ghosted. So far, all I have to show for my time and effort is a non "folding" trike that will not work, I'm out $2,386.03 Meet One took from me April 7th and I look at Trust Pilot for Meet One and see 100% five star reviews. Really ? IS that even possible or does it show something else is going on ? I can't be the only customer Meet One has discarded, ignored their warranty, ignored a customer, disrespected a customer and cheated a customer out of their time and money for a product no one really needs. BUYER BEWARE of Meet One. Look elsewhere for your trike and buy from another company. Update: 2nd Notice On Jun 12, 2025, at 4:00 PM, I wrote: Meet One Support; Between Wednesday, June 11th and Thursday, June 12th, I have called Alfie, my Customer Support Rep, three times without him answering his phone or returning my calls. I would leave a message, but his answering service is full and no one can leave messages. I did SMS him my phone number according to your automated phone service. May 30th at the end of my phone call with Alfie, your Meet One Customer Support Rep you assigned me, told me Meet One would send me a box in order for me to return the defective/damaged Meet One Breeze Pro Folding Trike you sent me and Meet One would issue me a refund for the trike and all the accessories I purchased from Meet One. I am still waiting for the EMAIL confirmation that Meet One will ISSUE ME A REFUND for the trike and all the accessories I purchased from Meet One and I am also still waiting for a confirmation that Meet One is sending me a BOX in order to return the defective/damaged Meet One Breeze Pro Folding Trike you sent me and issue me a refund. WHEN WILL THIS TRIKE BOX ARRIVE ? Here is the response from Meet One: Date: Jun 13, 2025 It got stuck in Los Angels transportation center warehouse. There is a massive ICE raid in the area now. Had a couple of issues receiving the Tour Front fender was bent, front turn signal didn’t work and one mirror was cracked. Carter from support helped me resolve all issues.

Despite all that’s going on in the world Meet One Trike has gone out of their way to make my purchase as good as it could possibly be. Yes, there were some delays because of the political situation, but they came through and I am pleased with the way handled the challenges. April, thank you for kind assistance! Charles

well build smooth ride and looks great but the speedometer its off by 6 miles an hour other then that i love my trike
