After, over 500mi, I had a warranty issue with the front brake on my MeetOneBreezePro 1.0. Customer service resolved my issue quick and sent me replacement parts within a few days. Now, I don't have to rely on my throttle hand for braking too.

We love our etrikes as both my husband and I have one. Got it for the recumbent ease of use. I have bad knees and this fills the spot. Have had several questions and the customer service is great to deal with. There are quick responses and they stay with you till your issue or question has been resolved. Truly, appreciated all the help and guidance we have received. Look forward to many years of enjoyment with our Meet One eTrikes. We have the Breeze Pro and the Breeze Pro 2.0

It has been a wonderful experience working with this company. We have purchased both a bike and seat from them. The premium bike seat did not work for my wife unfortunately due to her short stature, however they have been very helpful throughout the return process. Jean, in customer service was very prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend this company for your trike needs!

I love my trike. I lost 1/3 of my right foot so 2 wheels was gone for me byt I figured a trike would work. I put on 60 some miles in the 1st week most exercise I have gotten in 3 years. Bike works great. Gotten 40 plus mikes of of one battery with peddling 1/2 the time. Trike works well and is stable. It us duffrent from a bike and when I ride zones I felt like I was going to tip but never did never had wheels leave the ground. There us 2 things I am not a fan of and that is the headlight I feel is to dim but I rifle at night abd my night vision sometimes not the best but added another light and is great now. The horn i feel is also not loud enough but added light has a horn on it. So all good. I did at turn signals to trike for ease and not needing to put arms out. All that i have talked to at MeetOne have been great and helpful. I did have some problems with shopping but that was FedEx 's problem and Meetone was very helpful on letting me know what was going on. I am glad that I got the trike. Great company. Would get from them again.

I am enjoying my Breeze Pro 2. I needed to order a new front reflector, it came and with it there was a back reflector and a water bottle holder. Thank you for sending them to me.

I had an issue with my meetone pro, I contacted support and after a few conversations they advised on adjustments to solve problem. Support was great they got back to me within a couple hours on each email. Can't ask for better service, every company should be run like Meetone.
