Happy with our purchase. My 4 year old transitioned easily from a balance bike to the 16" Bikey. Satisfied with customer service also. When our September pre-order delivery hadn't arrived by late September for my daughter's birthday, the founder sent a letter (addressed to my daughter) she opened on her birthday.

Bike is beautiful! Extremely light weight, seems well made, and my child loves riding it. She thinks it’s so pretty it doesn’t even need stickers! No kick stand, but she’s getting used to that.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Biky! My 8-year-old son absolutely loves his bike. It’s lightweight, comfortable for him to ride, and the quality feels excellent. He felt confident on it right away and has been so excited to ride it. Communication with the Biky team has also been great — very friendly and helpful throughout our experience. We’re very happy with the bike! 🚲🤍

We purchased a Biky Air 14 bike for our son's 3rd birthday as he outgrew his balance bike. He has absolutely loved his Air 14, and all the other kids in the neighborhood are always asking to switch bikes when they're out playing so that they get a chance on the Air 14 too. Fast forward through two years of use and a lot of super cool skids, and the back tire popped. I reached out to Biky customer service to help find a replacement tire and tube since the online store was out of both, and they shipped me what I needed right away and at no charge. I honestly can't remember the last time that a company actually impressed me with their customer service after the initial purchase was completed. Now my son is back on his bike, and I will be a Biky customer for life.

Great customer service and great product! Our son learned to balance on the Biky 14 for a while, then we eventually added the pedals. Easiest way to teach your kid to ride a bike EVER. I didn't even have to touch him, he was just off to the races. He learned when he was 3 and then we upgraded to the Biky 16 because we loved it so much. So light and easy for little ones?
