It took me THREE separate attempts, including chatting with someone online, to actually make this purchase. Also, in fact, I spent thousands with you through Amazon with no acknowledgement of prior buying. I think you should just sell your company to Amazon and let them do the work. And now, all of a sudden, I have 4 or 5 email from you. (The very first time things just spinned and spinned with nothing happening.)
