I bought a 2700 dollar chair. The image showed leather. No mention of cloth on the mobile site. I called because I noticed there was cloth on another website and decided to investigate. I ordered on Saturday and emailed an hour or so later. I got no response and it is no Thursday Monday I called and they said it was already shipped. Normally I would be ecstatic. I asked to speak to a manager to see what my options are. I didn't get a call back at all. They still haven't answered my email and I have a cloth chair. I regret my purchase and wish I had done so somewhere else.
