Online updates for deliver did not occur. Did not recieve 15% discount as advertised. This is the 4th Pride gogo we have purchased from MedMart in several years. VERY disappointed discount not given as ad stated. Spoke with someone at online store about this and she said she would talk to appropriate dept and git back with me. Haven’t heard anything! Very disappointed.

We ordered and paid for a bed with the matress and the bed was delivered without the matress. We had to chase it down.

I followed the advice of your “professional” and purchased the large version of my chair after asking my height and weight (5’9” and 325 lbs). I ended up paying $200 to have the chair assembled in my second-floor apartment because the delivery guy wouldn’t help. It is similar to a child sitting in a grown-up chair in that my feet don’t touch the floor. Also the chair feels very unstable and the front sits high. I called your support line and explained the problem to the person who answered the call. She told me that she would have to have another person call me back in a few minutes. I never received the call back so now I’m stuck with an uncomfortable chair that keeps sliding on my hardwood floor.

All went well with purchase, but not so smooth when we had a problem with product only a few months later, even though we purchased the MedMart Protection Plan.

The order went through smoothly, but I never received the bed. I paid for the service have technition assemble the bed, Med Mart can't find any technitions to do it.

Navigating website and altering order was difficult. Had to delete order and completely start over to update choices. Couldn't change erroneous address info that your system used for me. Could only add additional propper address. Chat person couldn't alter choices either. You need to update your system

Person that answered the phone was brief and seemed like my call was an interruption in his day. I have never had to purchase a hospital bed, questions that are asked, even if seeming irrelevant to the customer service person, should not be addressed as an inconvenience. Paying almost $4000 for a bed, my questions are important to the person spending that amount. Still have no idea when to expect the bed. Hoping the 2 weeks ordering will work. You typically don't have a big advanced notice on when you will need one.
