The lift chair is everything I expected and more. The material and rugged construction are obvious. This Pride Radiance chair is clearly made to last. Delivery was prompt and the driver went above and beyond.

Online updates for deliver did not occur. Did not recieve 15% discount as advertised. This is the 4th Pride gogo we have purchased from MedMart in several years. VERY disappointed discount not given as ad stated. Spoke with someone at online store about this and she said she would talk to appropriate dept and git back with me. Haven’t heard anything! Very disappointed.

We ordered a bed and received an email that it had shipped along with a tracking number. We received the mattress only. Called to check and found out that there should have been 2 tracking numbers. We now have a mattress only and the bed has not shipped. Medmart refused any other assistance

I was only trying to view the scooters online and try to get to a final price and it confirmed my order and charged me for the scooter

The best service I received was from Med mart! The representative was caring, understanding, and supportive. Darryl Flunker is the best person that I spoke with. He’s a great listener. He sent me an invoice a day after we spoke and everything that we spoke about looked great on the invoice. He suggested that I call U-Haul to verify the type of hitch that my car required. I called the U-Haul corporate office (Hitch department). I was provided the correct hitch that was required. Again I contacted Darryl Flunker and we finalized my order. Thank you so very much Darryl Flunker!
