We ordered a bed and received an email that it had shipped along with a tracking number. We received the mattress only. Called to check and found out that there should have been 2 tracking numbers. We now have a mattress only and the bed has not shipped. Medmart refused any other assistance

I am not sure where to start but here it is anyway. The Scooter was supposed to be White Glove Service and it wasn't the two guys just left it and didn't show my brother how to use it or anything about it. The Wheelchair that I purchased is too heavy and I asked about returning it but they said that I only had 7 days to do so. I also did not have the box it came in. The box that it did come in was damaged to begin with. I think that I would've been better ordering from Amazon. Do your research.

We are still waiting on our very expensive purchase to ship. Service was great at furst, but now am not getting any response to my inquiries. Our purchase was supposed to ship by 8/13 and it still hasn't and no one seems to be able to tell me why. Frustrating!!

Ordered a wheelchair and butt cushion from MedMart on Aug 15. Said it was to be shipped two days later and delivered by Aug 22. Recieved just the cushion and then got a phone call two days later that the wheelchair I ordered was “out of stock” and “back ordered”. All they did was ask if I want a different chair, then sent that. My disabled mother has been without mobility for over a week and the customer service I recieved was nothing short of “we didnt know before” which is bogus, because your inventory said you had it available and even confirmed my order and shipping. It will be at least 12 days between ordering and getting the products….albiet not even the one I ordered. Be wary.

Deliver service and deliver way is not good

I am dealing with lower back pain & a knee that has been getting cortisone shots. Your customer service process was challenging re waiting for an answer on 8/4. I am thrilled to be getting the parts I requested. Nancy

Ordering was fine but when I needed to cancel the order , due to the person that the order was for passed away, I was not completely satisfied with the process. In my previous experiences, Usually when an order is cancelled there is some type of email/ text confirmation stating the order has been cancelled but I did not receive this confirmation and when I called to speak to someone they stated that the order in deed had been cancelled but no email would be sent, just the verbal and when asked how long does it take for the refund to process I was told that it was unknown due to that part is taken care of by the accounts department. I asked if I could be transferred and was advised that a number was not available and the person I was speaking to did not know the number. Just some advice for returns , send a confirmation in writing and advise the customer upfront when they are canceling , an approximate timeframe ,when the refund should be credited. The representative I spoke with was friendly but firm no other information could be given except the order was cancelled. This is what makes people not utilize certain vendors/companies. Customer service should be one of the top priorities at companies this large and this experience was not 5 star rating, unfortunately.

Usually, when I make a purchase, a receipt is sent as well as a tracking number. Sometimes it shows up with email and sometimes it shows up with junk mail. It is important to send a receipt to a person and to send a tracking number.
