I needed to return a EW46 scooter due to it being to large for what was needed .I contacted EWHEELS and MEDMART within 4 days of receipt and they both refused to honor thier return policy stated on thier website . Do NOT buy from these companies .I bought the scooter from MedMart ,that's who i did business with and you won't honor your warranty either .Your email to me laid out the cost to return scooter and we all agreed then the next day you said you wouldn't honor that agreement either .
