My experience with medmart was excellent! My representative was, knowledgeable, helpful, professional and congenial! I was treated like a old friend or family member !! That meant a lot to me as the representative understood my needs and product requirements. She was very straightforward and honest about the product ,and so helpful in explaining the purchase process. I can't wait to receive my chair!!

Didn’t get the discount that was offered last week

I ordered and paid for a chair lift for my bath tub on 4/7/22. The same day I received an email from Med Mart stating the item was on back order till June 22 (there was nothing stating they were out of stock on the website). At that time I canceled my order (4/7/22) because I didn’t want to wait til then as they were in stock through Amazon. It is now 4/19/22 and I still have not received my refund! I have contacted them twice once they told me it was in process for cancellation and then I emailed them two days ago and have not received any reply! So I can only image if something was broken and needed replacement or a received item for a return. Very bad for business to allow this much time to go on with any updates either through email or on my account with them.

It was easy and fast to purchase the scooter for my son.
