⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **An Outstanding Product Backed by Exceptional Customer Service!** Sorry for the long review, I just cannot say enough wonderful things about Shower Bay, both the product and the people behind it! If you are caring for a bedridden loved one at home, this product is worth every single penny. I purchased my Shower Bay secondhand from the original owner, and it has been an absolute blessing in caring for my mother. It is a detached, handicap-accessible shower that is incredibly easy to assemble, clean, and operate. The shower chair also functions as a commode and works seamlessly with my mother’s Hoyer lift. Being able to give my bedridden mother a full shower when she needs one has made such a difference in her comfort, dignity, and overall quality of care; sometimes a bed bath just won't do Having the ability to provide a proper shower at home has been invaluable and has helped us continue caring for Mom at home rather than having to rely on a nursing home for her daily care needs. The product itself is thoughtfully designed, durable, and built to last. In my opinion, it is the kind of quality product that can be passed down to another caregiver or resold when it is no longer needed. The only two issues I've experienced (We have had it almost 3 years now) were entirely my fault or the result of an accident. When I accidentally broke the commode bucket by removing it improperly, I easily found an affordable replacement at CVS. Later, my caregiver accidentally dropped the quick-connect faucet, breaking the shower-to-sink selector lever. Customer service were incredibly kind, personable, and genuinely helpful. It was refreshing to speak with someone who clearly cares about both the customer and the quality and longevity of the product they designed, (they asked if I was the original owner, and if I had any problems other than what I called for). **This is what excellent customer service should look like!** They didn't just sell a product and leave me to figure things out on my own. They helped me keep it working and gave me the information I needed to make the repair myself. It is so refreshing to find a company that stands behind its product, treats its customers like real people, and takes pride in creating something that genuinely improves lives. Shower Bay has made a meaningful difference in our ability to care for my mother at home, and I am incredibly grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend both the product and the company. I must say Russel and the team here at Shower Bay are unbelievable. The customer service is better than 10 out of 10. The until itself super easy to build and works better than I would have anticipated. I wish I bought this for our father a year earlier. Every caregiver that sees it and has used it for our father is beyond impressed compared to what they normally deal with, if you are considering it I would 1000% recommend the company and the product.

I bought this shower bay used and it was missing a few parts. Customer service was wonderful and they quickly sent me set up directions and the missing parts. We were able to use the shower for the first time after assembly and it has been life changing in showering, as our house is not wheelchair accessible. Thank you so much for all your assistance.

What made the experience great: 1.) A knowledgeable and concerned person, took the time to review the Shower Bay system with me to make sure it was a fit for my particular situation, rather than just take the order - how often does that happen? 2.) The shipment arrived just as described and was placed in a safe location on my property. 3.) The instructional video was clear and complete allowing quick assembly and start-up of the system. 4.) Once in use the system operated as described and as promised.
