I was interested in another mobility scooter then looked through the top 25 sellers and saw that the M34 Travel Portable Scooter was priced at $999.00. This seemed like a good price for a no frills option. Will come back after using the item and give a review of how it performs

Kim Frantz sold me a wonderful recliner lift chair. She was thorough in showing me how to use it and explaining the mechanics of it. I appreciated her knowledge, friendliness, and helpfulness! I would only deal with her should I go back to buy something else. She is a people person and knows her stuff!

This company was very helpful selling me a go go scooter. It came fast and when there was a problem with a part it was replaced very quickly. The problem is now they do not get back to me. I purchased a go go mirror for the scooter and the girl sold me the wrong mirror. I have tried to return this and get the right mirror. They either do not answer the phone or never get back to me. I have tried to get an answer how to get the right mirror at least 6 times. I have reward points, they charged me way too much for this mirror I can not use. I finally ordered a mirror from another company.. If I knew there customer service was so bad after selling me my scooter, I would of bought the scooter from another company.. Would never recommend this company.

We pride ourselves in our customer service, so we are disappointed to read this feedback. I see that you are working with a manager on this and a resolution is in place. Thank you, MedMart Team
